Problem Statement:

Participants are invited to develop original websites with innovative and creative features based on the software provided during the workshop.
“Design & Develop a Website for any National Level Technical Fest.”

Important: The password used for the website administrator account should be “joomla” and also the database name should be “joomla”.

Last Date for Submission

BVBIANS : 19thSeptember, 2008(sharply before 9am)

NON-BVBIANS : 19 September 2008(sharply before 12pm)

Where to submit the website in CD/DVD?

Note: Late submissions will not be evaluated.

Submission Rules

* Strictly follow the installation rules told to you.

* The password used for the website administrator account should be “joomla” and also the database name should be “joomla”.

* Once the site is developed, Zip (using WinZip) the c: /wamp (wamp folder) and write the zipped files to a CD and submit it at the location specified above.

* Create a folder by name ‘Snapshots’ and store all the snapshots of all the webpages for the developed website.

* The developed sites will be evaluated and top 20 teams will be selected for the final round to be held on 20thSeptember, 2008 @ 9:00 am.

* Create a file by name ‘Plug-ins’ and list the plug-ins used, if any.

* The selected 20 teams will be informed by the organizers.

* Top 20 teams will have to give a presentation of their website before the judges on 20th September, 2008 (9:00 Am).

* Top 2 teams will be declared as winners and will win attractive prizes.

* Write the team members names/ College Name / Website Name on top of the CD/DVD.
